Nov 23, 2018 My MacBook Air I've had for about 2 years. Used very very lightly. Suddenly now it's insanely slow, for everything and the battery is draining and it feels like it's hot. Anyone ever have this issue? I'm downloading sims 4 on my MacBook Air 2017 So it says that the file is 24.4GB big but my Mac already downloaded the 26.2GB file. Hi there, I bought sims 4 last week and its is running soooo slow! I use to play sims 3 on the same laptop and it never ran this slow! The game has randomly shut down as well, and the mouse is liked delayed by a couple seconds, once i click takes aggges for any reaction, I have changed all my graphic settings and currently have it on low settings, will work fast for about 5 mins then goes back.
